- Be sure to not rush through the 21 questions concerning your business' TEAM, TIME, and MONEY resources, so take your time.
- Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted, and think deeply about each and every question.
- The Scorecard is a valuable tool, and it requires you to be 100% mindful and honest about where you think your business is right now with each of the questions. If you are honest with yourself, the Scorecard will have real value.
